Up to 2 years: free
From 3 to 6 years: 50% reduction
From 7 to 12 years: 30% reduction
The lodging conditions:
• The prices refer to the price per person per day and for a minimum stay of 4 days
• Stays of less than 4 nights will be surcharged € 10,00 per day.
• Confirming Your Reservation After the receipt of your written reservation and a down payment of 150,00 € per room, the reservation is confirmed. The deposit can be performed by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa).

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked period will be invoiced
• The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Guests are kindly asked to call us in case you arrive after 7 pm.
• Double room single use: extra charge of 50% on normal room price.
• Children rates apply only for children sharing the room with two adults paying full rate.
• Dogs: € 8,00 per day without food (access only at the Bar and Lobby).
